Our New Safety Rules Under Covid-19

For us your well-being and safety goes first.
In order to proactively confront the challenges, we have developed a New Safety Rules’ Protocol which contains the following :

  • Αll areas and all surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected thoroughly with adequate antiseptic products before the arrival of a new guest
  • Special and careful disinfection is made to all separate instruments and tools such as light switches, handles and grips, all electrical devices, all accessories, keys, etc
  • Use of additional time for the proper ventilation of the area
  • All linens and towels are being cleaned and disinfected at the highest temperature
  • With all the above in mind, we have decided to extend by one hour the period between the check-out of the previous and the check-in of the new guest, for the adequate preparation of the area. With the new temporary rules check-out should be made by 11:00 and check-in starts at 15:00.
  • Check-in without extensive physical contact. You pick-up the keys, which have been disinfected, from a person at the entrance and you get in to the house by yourself. You will have full and detail guidance and explanations for anything you may need from us through alternative ways as you wish (via phone, mail, etc). You will never feel abandoned.
  • We deliver to you free of charge all necessary protection tools and safety materials such as protection masks, protection gloves and hand sanitizer.


In addition to the above rules, the safety of our guests is enhanced by :

  • The separate entrance at each of our houses that guarantees the free entry and exit of the guest without getting in touch with anyone
  • The absence of services such as daily cleaning and change of linens, room service, reception and other services which eliminates the interaction with other people
  • Furthermore, the autonomous and separate living at our houses eliminates the risk to get in trap and be enclosed in quarantine, as this may happen to a multi-complex environment, if any incident of virus occurred to any third person.
